Manovar / Innovation Intelligence
See where innovation is creating value, and where to invest next.
Manovar assesses your innovation maturity, pilot portfolio and delivery capability against a framework your leadership approves. See what works, what stalls, and which pilots to continue, reshape or stop.
Built on what your organisation actually does, using documents and systems you already have. No innovation surveys or maturity questionnaires needed.

Value
Activity and spend leave important innovation questions unanswered.
Idea counts, pilot activity, budgets and launch dates each tell part of the story. These questions are often the hardest to answer.
Innovation Intelligence, from function to enterprise
Follow one fictional finding from one function to the enterprise and into action. Gaps link to priorities, not financial estimates.

Pilot discipline / success tests before funding

Innovation profiles by function
Pilot discipline · gap
Function A launches pilots quickly, but rarely agrees a success test before further funding.
Profile context
Idea generation: strength.
Pilot discipline: gap.
Scaling what works: gap.
Framework criterion
Agree a success test for each pilot before further funding, with a named owner and a review date.
Confidence: Moderate. One of the two pilot teams shared no records.
Findings you can question
Every finding shows how it was reached, how confident it is, and what could change it.
Illustrative finding · fictional example
Pilots start quickly, but further funding often continues without an agreed success test.
In Manovar and in the report, each finding carries its reasoning, references, confidence and limitations.
Reasoning
Pilots start fast; council papers show funding continuing without agreed success tests.
References
Six pilot records and two innovation council papers.
Confidence
Moderate
Limitations
No records were shared for one of the two pilot teams in scope.
Your team, and leaders where you involve them, can add context or corrections. Manovar then reassesses the finding.
Innovation Intelligence at a telecoms operator
Anonymised telecoms example
A telecoms operator used Manovar to assess innovation maturity across its functions and pilot portfolio, using its existing records. It then built a strategy and roadmap, reprioritised its portfolio, added governance and funding gates, and planned a reassessment.

What Manovar needs, and how your data is protected
What you provide
Connect your systems or upload records
Connect through standard connectors, or upload documents and data exports. An assessment can run entirely from uploads.
Relevant records, checked before assessment
Inputs may include strategy and innovation mandates, innovation council papers, pilot and portfolio records, customer feedback, delivery reviews, and role and capability profiles.
How access and data are handled
Access defined by role
Role-based permissions govern access to source materials, function and team findings, and enterprise views, supported by identity and audit controls.
Deployment and data separation
Use Bazara-managed cloud or, where required, your own approved environment. Your data is logically segregated and used only to deliver the contracted service.
Agreed retention and deletion
Your data is kept for the agreed period and securely deleted at engagement end or on authorised request, subject to legal and contractual requirements.
No training of foundation or shared models
Manovar does not use your data to train foundation or shared models, and third-party AI processing runs under enterprise terms designed to prevent such training.
