Dashboards and status reports leave important performance questions unanswered.

KPIs, budgets, status reports and board packs each tell part of the story. These questions are often the hardest to answer.

Profile context

Programme delivery:

Benefits tracking:

gap.

Cost-to-serve:

above target.

Business Unit A delivers milestones on time, but doesn’t track promised savings after go-live.

Framework criterion

Track promised benefits after go-live against the business case, with a named owner and a review date.

Confidence: Moderate. One of the two programmes shared no records.

Findings you can question

Every finding shows how it was reached, how confident it is, and what could change it.

Illustrative finding · fictional example

Transformation milestones are delivered on time, but promised savings are not tracked after go-live.

In Manovar and in the report, each finding carries its reasoning, references, confidence and limitations.

Reasoning

Status reports show milestones met; management packs show cost-to-serve still above target after go-live.

References

Four programme status reports and two monthly management packs.

Confidence

Moderate

Limitations

No records were shared for one of the two programmes in scope.

Your team, and leaders where you involve them, can add context or corrections. Manovar then reassesses the finding.

Business Performance Intelligence at a bank

Illustrative example · fictional bank

In this fictional example, a bank uses Manovar to assess performance against strategic and transformation targets across business units. It then reprioritises its transformation portfolio, assigns owners to promised savings, tightens budget reviews and plans a reassessment.
